Twist Shake Baby

I’ve been trying really hard lately to take better care of myself. I see the things I eat & always think to myself  ‘would you let Laken eat this terrible?’. I’m slowly cutting out the bad things & have really focused on drinking more water! From time to time I’ll buy cases of La Croix but can go through a case in a day….they really are that good!!! Thank goodness for Pinterest & all their ways to spice up water!!

Infused water is now my go to! I love it for myself & tend to drink about 10x more water than usual.
