Reviewing the Garmin Vivomove Luxe watch
Thank you to Garmin for gifting me this Vivomove Luxe watch – as always, all opinions are my own.
About a week ago I got an invite from Garmin to help celebrate the launch of their newest fashion smart watch and it was one of the coolest events I’ve been to. Getting invited to events like this make me feel like I’m doing something right because while there I found I was one of around 6 influencers invited. How freaking cool is that?! I had the opportunity to meet some of the sweetest gals from RStyle ( you know that little Like to Know it app I’m linking too?!) and so many awesome people from the Garmin team.
I’ll be very honest and say that I’ve never really looked into Garmin products because they weren’t super appealing to me and I’ve sorta always been an Apple girl. I’m not at all trying to say one is better than the other, but I had an Apple watch for a few years and since being gifted the Vivomove, I don’t see myself going back to Apple.
I’ve waited to talk about the Vivomove watch because I’ve wanted to take some time to really figure it out and talk to you all about it! What all this watch does is insane. Within this last week I’ve gotten more compliments on it than anything I’ve owned, and whenever somebody sees me looking at it they instantly ask if it’s a smart watch. Aside from being beautiful, It’s an incredible conversation piece haha.
I’ll cut right to the point that I know a lot of you will be asking…the price. There are three Vivomove watches in the series and I have all three linked and listed below. These watches are compatible with any phone and the only thing you need to hook it up is the Garmin Connect app.
Vivomove 3S – $249.99
– This is a 39mm watch head that comes in 4 different different color styles. This model does not have color display.
Vivomove Luxe – $499.99
-This is a 42mm watch head and the one that I have. This one comes in 10 different color styles and is the only one that does have color display.
Vivomove 3 – $249.99
-This is a 44mm watch head and comes in two different color styles. This model does not have color display.
The Vivomove is very much a fashion watch and I can’t appreciate it enough for being that. The features are what have me entirely obsessed with it though. My top three are the calendar view, the stress tracking and the body battery. I live by my the calendar on my phone so it’s so cool being able to see my schedule on my wrist. The stress tracker has actually helped me in a few high anxiety situations with the breaking activity it offers. It’s a wonderful reminder to stop and relax. The body battery monitors your energy level for the day and tracks how energized you are from the precious nights rest. I have yet to wake up with a 100% body battery and I can thank my babies for that haha. One day I woke up with a 56% body battery and I made sure to get to bed a little earlier that night.
I could honestly talk forever about all the features the Vivomove offers and how customizable you can make the screen but I’ll save you all and share just the features.
- pay on the go
- smart notifications
- calendar view
- timer and stopwatch
- body battery energy monitoring
- stress tracking
- wrist-based heart rate
- hydration trackin
- advanced sleep monitoring
- menstrual cycle tracking
- connected gps
- sports apps
- fitness tracking that detects activity on its own
Just like any other fashion watch you can totally customize this one to what fits you best. I currently have the white leather straps on it and have the black silicone straps for when I working out. Garmin also offers the straps in 10+ colors in suede, nylon, and milanese. I have a few linked below that are my favorite.
