My brow favorites + trio deal
I never really talk about my brows because I truly struggle with filling them in and they are most definite sisters and not twins haha. I normally wouldn’t share brow products because I seriously suck at mine, but there is one crazy amazing deal going on with Benefit Cosmetics on QVC and it just happens that I use all three of these products on my self!
QVC beauty did reach out to me to share this trio with you all but it was out of my actual love for the products that I said yes. With that in mind, I would never share skincare or makeup products with you all that I didn’t like just for the heck of it. Most items I do share and talk about are ones that I love, ones that I’ve been testing out for a little while.
This Benefit trio that I’m raving about is currently at sale for $42.90 and you can find it here! Included in this trio is the 24-hour Brow Setter, the Precisely, My Brow Pencil, and the They’re Real Mascara. I looooove these products. Seriously, they’re some of my favorites.
The first product is the Precisely, My Brow Pencil and I’m the shade medium. Since I suck at my brows I have always been real hesitant with brow pencils and for a while only used powder. Over the years my brows have gotten some bald spots to them and the brow pencil strokes make it look most natural. I’m seriously so scared to make my brows too dark so I’m very light handed. This pencil is actually on the softer side and I really like it! I used a pencil in the past that everyone swore by and I felt like I had to press so hard to make any sort of line and I couldn’t blend it out to save my life. I swear by this pencil.
This next item is the 24-HR Brow Setter clear brow gel. I don’t necessarily think a brow gel is necessary in everyone beauty routine but I looove having one on hand. My brow gels are usually my most lost beauty product because when I’m running late and don’t have time to do my brows I’ll just do the gel and will grab it to apply in the car. I was using the ELF clear brow gel up until Benefit got crazy famous for the brows and I like the Benefit one way more. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no $3 brow gel, but the brush is worth it entirely. Not really sure if you can tell much from the photo but the brush actually has two different types of bristles. On one side the bristles are super fine and spaced out and on the other there’s multiple rows of them and they’re thicker. It’s nice I can really go in and shape them.
The last item is the They’re Real! Lengthening and Volumizing mascara. I don’t think I’ve ever talked about it but I’m actually a mascara snob, and I don’t think I’ve talked about a mascara that I’ve loved in a long time. When this Mascara first came out and everyone was raving about it I bought it and loved it and realized how much I loved it when I tried it again recently. I have so much mascara on hand that I usually don’t buy any until I’m completely out and I think that’s why I never repurchased it. Anyway, I’m super picky with the bristles on my mascara wands. I prefer rubber bristles because they help to separate and coat each lash. This mascara really goes above and beyond in that department because there are different sized bristles on every side for maximum length and coverage. This wand has a ball of bristles on the end and it’s a life saver to get the inner corners. My little tip with this mascara is if you do two coats of the mascara you will notice a huge difference in the lift and length.
