Lipstick Storage + my favorite lipsticks

Makeup is so much fun to show off. There is so much pretty packaging out there and I love using palettes, brushes, and lipsticks as decor pieces! Lipstick if by far my favorite to shop off though because some of the packaging looks like it was meant to be displayed. I go in phases of loving lipstick, and when I’m in my I love lipstick phase, I go crazy haha. I am currently in a big one and I have found so many good shades to share with you all and some of the cutest ways to display it!

My favorite display piece of all time is this one from Anthropologie. I currently have this lipstick holder on display in my bathroom, but once my cloffice (closet/office) gets finalized I’ll most likely display it in there. It only comes in gold and is a very muted gold so it blends in with any other finishes around it. I like to keep all of my Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks on display in this holder. For one, they’re expensive lipsticks and secondly the packing deserves to be shown off. haha.

My second favorite thing that I’ve done for my lipstick is to buy these clear caps! I have them on all my MAC lipsticks because I get annoyed with having to either flip over every tube to read what shade it is or open it up to see. A set of 24 caps is $13.99 and have save me so much time searching.

I didn’t take pictures of the rest of the pieces I use to organize but I love them. The lipliner holder was by far my one of my best purchases because I love being able to see every single color that I have and can quickly grab it. The acrylic lipstick holder and the acrylic lipgloss holder look so cute in my cabinet filled up. There’s something so satisfying about lipsticks on display!

My lipstick favorites

I have to laugh at this because they’re basically all the same color but they’re not. I looove nudes. Some look super natural and don’t even look like I’m wearing lipstick but there are days that I’m going for that look! I gravitate towards nudes because I like to be able to wear them with every outfit I have and not have to think twice about if my lipstick is going to clash. These are only MAC and Charlotte Tilbury colors because I adore their formula. They apply very buttery, don’t bleed, and stay.
