Chloe’s room Reveal
I am so in love with Chloe’s room. Aside from Laken’s room, I honestly think it’s the only other complete room in the house! I had so much fun putting everything together and getting creative with the space! Before Chloe was born it was fun to come into this room and hangout and imagine what she would be like.
I didn’t really have a theme planned. If you go to my Pinterest and see my little babe room inspo board then you’ll see how similar all my inspiration pictures are. The room we were working with is a pretty good sized room, the set up it just awkward. Of the four walls we had we really only had two full walls to work with. The closet took up an entire wall and the window and the bedroom door cut two walls in half. We had to get really creative on how we set everything up so it didn’t seem over crowded.
I decided to keep things super minimal. Don’t worry, we still have A TON of baby items but I have done a really good job at organizing and storing everything in her closet. I wanted to bring a lot of natural wood in the room, a lot of texture, and a ton of lighter colors…like white to help make the room feel bigger. I also wanted some color to help tie all the decor in. Kyler’s ONLY request was no white walls haha. This made it so challenging when it came to picking out paint. I spent hours staring at paint swatches and even brought home sample paint which is something I normally never do. You’ll probably also notice that we don’t have all of the traditional baby items almost every nursery has. We looked at what we didn’t use with Laken and decided to not even worry about it. I should also add that there’s no significange on why I decided on rainbows being in the room. I just think they’re really pretty and an easy way to incorporate color to make everything flow together.
*I am 10000% aware a baby does not go in the crib with pillows and blankets. She was placed in the crib strictly during these photos so I could keep an eye on her while I was in her room. I will also link everything possible at the very end and if you have a question over something please feel free to leave a comment. I reply to them all!

All of the blankets and pillows you see are from World Market years ago and no longer available or from TJ Maxx. The dresser is Kyler’s parent’s old dresser. Kyler’s mom painted the rainbow canvases on the wall and the wooden shelf my grandpa who is no longer here made for me when I was super little. The dried flowers are from our wedding and the pink vase and mirror are Target finds from 3+ years ago that were on super clearance. I didn’t take the time to find similar items for those other than the rainbow painting but would be more than happy to search if anyone is curious.
I will be doing a whole blog post over how I organize both Laken and Chloe’s closets because we do have to use our space wisely in the rooms and have gotten a lot of questions on those. That post is coming but I need to purchase a few more items before I start working on it.
